When the opposition finally got themselves to the ground the game kicked off half an hour late and it started in blistering fashion for the Swifts who saw the first goal within 2 minuites. The ball was passed back and forth and the opposition did not even get a loo kin. Chris popped the first goal straight into the back of the net (not even sure if the keeper had realised the game had kicked off!).

It was quickley followed by another goal from Adam, punishing the ball off the inside post and in to the net. The opposition took a goal kick arguing about it not being a goal, but with the ball in the back of the net it was just wishful thinking on their part!

The game carried on with Matamata taking charge. There were a few disputes and a few tempers getting frayed but the goals just came coming for the Swifts and it was also a great social outing for the team.

This weeks player of the week went to Anthony who put all he had into the game.
